What's inside my box?
Each quarter, we carefully curate a seasonal box for you. Each box encourages you to take time to yourself and is designed to make you relax. We choose gorgeous products to help and encourage you with self-care. We're BIG believers in the restorative powers of self-care and we hope that Seventeen Minutes will help you slow down, unwind and de-stress.
When I will get my box?
Don't worry, you don't have to wait! We'll send your box to you as soon as we receive your order. You can expect it to arrive within 3-5 working days. Each box launches seasonally so your next subscription box will arrive a few days after the first day of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter Box. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the launch dates if you've signed up to our newsletter!
How will my box be packaged and delivered?
It's incredibly important to us that our packaging is both beautiful and environmentally friendly. We carefully pack your items in a Seventeen Minutes kraft box. Your box will arrive via secure courier. Our boxes are marked 'leave with neighbour' by default. Alternatively, let us know a safe place for the courier to leave your box. If you have not received your box and it has been 5 working days since you received your dispatch email, please get in touch by email. If you need UK Next Day Delivery or International Delivery, get in touch with us and we'll do what we can to help!
If I'm sending a gift, can I add a personal message?
Absolutely! Simply enter your message at checkout and we will handwrite your message on a complimentary kraft gift tag. Or even better, you can add one of our beautiful greeting cards to your order and we'll handwrite your personal message in the card.
I live outside the UK, do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We love to encourage mums everywhere to take time for themselves so get in touch with us and we'll get your box to you wherever you are in the world!
How do you choose the products?
Every product has been thoughtfully picked for you to help you relax and enjoy some well-deserved me-time. We are HUGE supporters of small business, so we try to source as many products as possible from independent British brands.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope that you don't want to cancel your subscription but if you need to cancel, please get in touch with us.
